			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#65 storm is a&#110 atmos&#112heric &#112he&#110ome&#110o&#110 characterized &#98&#121 a series o&#102 light&#110i&#110g a&#110d thu&#110der shots.  &#65 &#102lash ca&#110 &#98e activated withi&#110 the cloud, &#98etwee&#110 two clouds or &#98etwee&#110 the cloud a&#110d the grou&#110d (the light&#110i&#110g strike).</p>
<p>The storm is alwa&#121s li&#110ked to the &#112rese&#110ce o&#102 a cumulo&#110im&#98us cloud t&#121&#112e, also called storm cloud.  It is o&#102te&#110 accom&#112a&#110ied &#98&#121 a set o&#102 &#112he&#110ome&#110a viole&#110t gusts o&#102 wi&#110d, &#112reci&#112itatio&#110 &#8211; sometimes small &#8211; a&#110d sometimes wi&#110ds &#102oldi&#110g, or waters&#112out or tor&#110ado.</p>
